That is the whole mechanism. There is no form on this page, because a form needs somewhere to send things and nothing on this site is wired to an email service — a box that swallows a message and says thank you would be worse than no box at all.

An email address in plain text also means you can see exactly where your message goes before you send it, which seems the least a site about outbound email can offer.

What gets answered first

• A price that has changed. Send the link and, if you can, which billing panel you were looking at. Most corrections on this site start this way.
• A figure that looks wrong. Every number here is listed in the site's facts file with its source; if one does not match the source, that is a defect and it gets fixed.
• A vendor who thinks their page has been misread. Point at the specific panel. Where a page has since changed, the correction says so and keeps the old reading on record.

What will not get a reply

Offers of payment for placement, for a better position in a comparison, or for a link — including the ones phrased as a partnership. Requests to remove an unflattering but accurate reading of a published pricing page. And anything asking for the list of people who visit here, which does not exist, as the privacy page explains.

This is also not support for any product named here. Billing problems, locked accounts and delivery emergencies need the vendor's own team, who have access to your account and to logs nobody outside the company can see.
